1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Hostwover is committed to providing digital services that are accessible and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
We believe that access to domains, hosting, cloud infrastructure, professional email, productivity services, account management, support, and other online services should not depend on a person's physical, sensory, cognitive, or technological abilities.
We continuously work to improve the accessibility, usability, clarity, and compatibility of Hostwover's websites, customer interfaces, and digital services.
2. Accessibility Standard
Hostwover aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for making web content more:
- Perceivable – information and interface components should be presented in ways users can perceive.
- Operable – interface components and navigation should be usable through different input methods.
- Understandable – information and operation of the interface should be clear and predictable.
- Robust – content should work reliably with current and future technologies, including assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Unless expressly stated following an accessibility assessment, Hostwover does not represent that every page, component, third-party integration, or feature currently satisfies every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.
3. Scope of This Statement
This Accessibility Statement applies to digital experiences operated and controlled by Hostwover, including, where applicable:
- the Hostwover website.
- localized versions of the Hostwover website.
- Hostwover customer account interfaces.
- product and service pages.
- domain search and registration interfaces.
- checkout and billing interfaces.
- customer dashboards.
- support interfaces.
- Wover AI interfaces.
- forms and account-management pages.
- legal and informational pages; and
- other web-based services directly operated by Hostwover.
Third-party websites, applications, payment interfaces, control panels, embedded services, or other systems that Hostwover does not directly control may have their own accessibility standards and policies.
4. Accessibility Measures
As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, Hostwover seeks to incorporate accessibility throughout the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our digital services.
Our accessibility practices may include:
- using semantic HTML where appropriate.
- maintaining a clear and logical page structure.
- providing descriptive page titles and headings.
- supporting keyboard navigation.
- maintaining visible keyboard focus indicators.
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
- associating form controls with appropriate labels.
- providing understandable validation and error messages.
- maintaining sufficient text and interface contrast.
- avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information.
- supporting browser zoom and text enlargement.
- designing responsive interfaces for different screen sizes.
- improving accessible names for buttons, links, icons, and interactive controls.
- using ARIA attributes where appropriate.
- reducing unnecessary movement and animation.
- supporting reduced-motion preferences where technically appropriate.
- avoiding unnecessary time limits.
- making interactive targets reasonably usable.
- maintaining predictable navigation and interface behavior.
- providing accessible status and error information where possible; and
- testing important customer journeys for accessibility issues.
Accessibility considerations form part of our continuing design and development process.
5. Keyboard Accessibility
Hostwover seeks to make primary website functions available without requiring the use of a mouse or touch input.
Where reasonably possible, users should be able to:
- navigate interactive elements using the keyboard.
- identify which element currently has keyboard focus.
- activate buttons and links using standard keyboard controls.
- navigate forms without requiring pointer input.
- access menus and other interactive elements through keyboard controls; and
- move through the page in a logical order.
If you encounter a function that cannot reasonably be operated using a keyboard, please report it to Hostwover.
6. Screen Readers and Assistive Technologies
Hostwover seeks to structure its interfaces so that commonly used assistive technologies can interpret content and controls correctly.
Our development practices may include:
- semantic HTML elements.
- logical heading structures.
- accessible form labels.
- descriptive link text.
- alternative text for meaningful images.
- accessible names for interactive controls.
- ARIA attributes where necessary.
- appropriate status announcements; and
- meaningful document structure.
Because assistive technologies, browsers, operating systems, and user configurations differ, accessibility behavior may vary between environments.
7. Visual Accessibility
Hostwover seeks to make visual content easier to perceive by considering:
- text contrast.
- interface contrast.
- readable typography.
- spacing.
- responsive layout.
- browser zoom.
- focus visibility.
- text resizing.
- clear form states.
- distinguishable buttons and controls; and
- alternatives to information communicated only through color.
Where an image is primarily decorative, we aim to prevent it from creating unnecessary noise for assistive technologies.
Where an image communicates meaningful information, we aim to provide an appropriate text alternative.
8. Forms and Checkout
Forms are an important part of Hostwover because customers use them to create accounts, search for domains, configure Services, purchase subscriptions, manage accounts, and contact us.
We therefore seek to provide:
- identifiable form labels.
- understandable instructions.
- clear required-field indications.
- accessible validation.
- meaningful error descriptions.
- predictable focus behavior.
- keyboard-operable controls; and
- clear confirmation of important actions.
Where an error occurs, we seek to explain the issue in a way that allows the user to identify and correct it.
9. Authentication and Account Access
Hostwover seeks to make authentication and account-management processes accessible while maintaining appropriate security controls.
Accessibility improvements must not compromise account security, authentication integrity, fraud protection, or other security requirements.
If a security mechanism creates an accessibility barrier that prevents you from accessing your account, contact Hostwover Support so that we can review available alternatives where reasonably possible.
10. Animation, Motion and Video
Hostwover may use animation, video, transitions, and other visual effects within its website.
We seek to:
- avoid unnecessary flashing content.
- avoid visual effects likely to create accessibility barriers.
- provide controls for moving content where appropriate.
- respect reduced-motion preferences where technically feasible; and
- avoid requiring animation or motion to understand essential information.
Background or decorative media should not prevent access to essential page content.
11. Responsive and Mobile Accessibility
Hostwover designs its website and interfaces to work across different screen sizes and device types.
We seek to maintain functionality when using:
- desktop computers.
- laptops.
- tablets.
- smartphones.
- landscape orientation.
- portrait orientation; and
- browser zoom.
Some complex infrastructure-management interfaces may require additional space to display technical information, but we continue to work toward making core functionality usable across supported device sizes.
12. Technical Compatibility
Accessibility of Hostwover's web services relies on combinations of web technologies that may include:
- HTML.
- CSS.
- JavaScript.
- WAI-ARIA; and
- modern browser accessibility APIs.
Hostwover generally develops for current, actively supported web browsers.
Users may experience reduced functionality or accessibility when using substantially outdated browsers, operating systems, assistive technologies, or unsupported configurations.
Where possible, we recommend using a current version of a modern browser and keeping assistive technology updated.
13. Third-Party Services
Some Hostwover Services depend on third-party providers.
Examples may include:
- domain registrars and registries.
- payment processors.
- hosting and infrastructure providers.
- professional email platforms.
- Google Workspace services.
- analytics services.
- customer-support technologies.
- authentication providers.
- artificial intelligence providers; and
- other external platforms necessary to provide particular Services.
A third-party interface may not be directly designed, developed, or controlled by Hostwover.
As a result, its accessibility may differ from Hostwover's own interfaces.
Where a third-party service creates a significant accessibility barrier, we encourage you to contact us. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to:
- provide guidance.
- identify an alternative method.
- assist with completing the relevant action; or
- communicate the issue to the applicable provider.
Hostwover cannot guarantee the accessibility of independently operated third-party websites or applications.
14. Documents and Downloadable Content
Hostwover may provide documents or downloadable content such as:
- legal documents.
- invoices.
- reports.
- service information.
- documentation; or
- other files.
We aim to make important documents reasonably accessible.
However, some legacy documents or documents generated using third-party systems may not yet provide the same accessibility level as our website.
If you cannot access information contained in a Hostwover document, contact us and request an accessible alternative.
15. Language and Localization
Hostwover may provide its website and Services in multiple languages.
We seek to:
- identify the language of pages programmatically.
- maintain logical reading direction.
- support both left-to-right and right-to-left layouts where applicable.
- preserve accessible structure across translations; and
- avoid making essential functionality dependent on a particular language presentation.
Accessibility may occasionally differ between localized versions while new content or features are being introduced.
We welcome reports concerning accessibility problems in any supported language.
16. Known Limitations
Hostwover is continuously developing and improving its digital Services.
As a result, there may be accessibility barriers that have not yet been identified or fully resolved.
Potential limitations may include:
- newly released components undergoing accessibility improvement.
- complex technical dashboards.
- legacy content.
- third-party widgets.
- payment-provider interfaces.
- external control panels.
- embedded third-party content.
- generated documents.
- certain charts or visualizations; or
- features supplied by external service providers.
The existence of such limitations does not mean that Hostwover considers them permanent.
When an accessibility issue is identified, we will assess its impact and seek an appropriate improvement or alternative according to its severity, technical feasibility, security implications, and effect on users.
17. Alternative Access
If an accessibility issue prevents you from obtaining information or completing an important action through the website, please contact Hostwover.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide assistance or an alternative way to:
- obtain information.
- manage an account.
- understand a Service.
- complete a support request.
- resolve a billing issue; or
- perform another essential action.
Alternative access may differ depending on the Service and the nature of the request.
18. Accessibility Testing
Hostwover's accessibility assessment process may include a combination of:
- developer review.
- keyboard testing.
- browser testing.
- responsive testing.
- automated accessibility testing tools.
- manual inspection.
- semantic markup review.
- contrast review.
- assistive-technology testing where appropriate; and
- customer accessibility feedback.
Automated testing alone cannot identify every accessibility issue, so Hostwover aims to combine automated and manual review where appropriate.
A formal WCAG conformance claim will only be made where Hostwover has sufficient basis to make such a claim.
19. Accessibility in Development
Accessibility should be considered throughout Hostwover's product-development lifecycle rather than only after a feature is released.
Where appropriate, we seek to consider accessibility during:
- design.
- component development.
- implementation.
- content creation.
- quality assurance.
- release review; and
- ongoing maintenance.
Reusable components should be designed with accessibility in mind so improvements can be applied consistently throughout the Platform.
20. Continuous Improvement
Digital accessibility is an ongoing process.
Hostwover may periodically:
- review accessibility standards.
- review important customer journeys.
- identify accessibility defects.
- update interface components.
- improve keyboard interactions.
- improve form accessibility.
- improve contrast.
- improve alternative text.
- improve screen-reader behavior.
- improve responsive behavior.
- review third-party integrations; and
- incorporate accessibility feedback into future development.
We may prioritize issues based on factors including severity, number of affected users, availability of an alternative, technical complexity, and importance of the affected functionality.
21. Accessibility Feedback
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Hostwover.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please provide as much of the following information as reasonably possible:
- the page or Service affected.
- the URL where the issue occurred.
- a description of the problem.
- what you were trying to do.
- your browser.
- your device or operating system, where relevant.
- the assistive technology you were using, if applicable; and
- any error message you received.
Providing this information is optional, but it can help us investigate the issue more effectively.
You should never include your password, private keys, payment-card security code, authentication tokens, or other account secrets in an accessibility report.
22. Contact Us About Accessibility

We will review accessibility reports and seek to respond within a reasonable period based on the nature and complexity of the request.
23. Complaints and Escalation
If you report an accessibility issue and believe that it has not been appropriately addressed, you may request that the matter be reviewed again.
Accessibility complaints may also be submitted through Hostwover's Complaints & Dispute Resolution, available through the Hostwover Legal Center.
Submitting an accessibility complaint will not affect your right to exercise any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
24. Applicable Requirements
Hostwover seeks to consider accessibility requirements that apply to its Services and customers in relevant jurisdictions.
Because accessibility requirements may vary depending on:
- jurisdiction.
- Service.
- customer type.
- technology.
- contractual relationship; and
- applicable law,
this Statement does not represent that every accessibility law in every jurisdiction applies to every Hostwover Service.
Nothing in this Statement limits any accessibility right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
25. Changes to This Accessibility Statement
Hostwover may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect:
- accessibility improvements.
- new Services.
- changes to our website.
- new technologies.
- results of accessibility assessments.
- changes to accessibility standards; or
- applicable legal or regulatory developments.
When this Statement is updated, the Last Updated date at the top of the page will be changed accordingly.
Material accessibility updates may also be communicated through other appropriate channels.
26. Accessibility Goal
Our goal is to make Hostwover easier to understand, navigate, operate, and use for everyone.
We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time project. It is an ongoing responsibility that forms part of the way we design, develop, operate, and improve Hostwover.
